no not until you finish creating your zwinky hottie then you can become a cutie by going into your wardrobe deleting hottie ( if u want) then select cutie then there u go u cant unlock all of your clothes until you get 2,000 z cheivements wat i did was play games til u can earn anymore money an z cheives but it will take 2 days for that =)
