On the original Sims you could have your Sim do any action that would then make them naked but not blurred at the same time and while they were naked use the move anything cheat code (PC) and move say, the shower they are in, you then get a nice glimpse of what isn't there. The reason you have to do it like this is that once they are in the shower the blur "Goes away" and then you move the object blocking you Line of Sight and then you are good to go.
