1. Go to the cathedral in Welling Village.
2. Go to the third story, where you will find four people: Server, Carl, Miranda, and Thewlien.
3. Talk to Server.
4. Click Found a guild.
5. Name your guild.
And that's it. Make sure that you have 15+ members that are level 10+. Good luck in your guild!
