evil heros are similar to an elemental hero deck build, but it (well, normally) does not include poly, future fusion, or miracle fusion. instead, it uses dark fusion and dark calling. i don't have much experience with them, but you should include stratos and ocean (new versions) and basic elemental heros like sparkman and avian. also try clayman and bubbleman. some evil heros like malicious edge and infernal prodigy help. fusions should include infernal wing, lighting golem, malicious fiend, infernal sniper, and wild typhoon. try using dark illusion to protect your monsters from cards like dark armed dragon that target.
