There are no chocolate eggs in minecraft, unless you are using a mod. But if you are I don't know the mod so I don't know the crafting recipe for a chocolate egg.
As for now, chocolate is not in Minecraft. But you can install mods to add chocolate.
You cannot make chocolate in default minecraft. If you are trying to craft cookies the recipe is 2 wheat on the sides and a cocoa bean in the middle.

Simply throw it, you may have to throw many before you get a chicken though.
Sugar in minecraft is used to make a cake but you also need 3 buckets of milk and 1 egg when you have made the cake you can eat it to gain your health. Also, in 1.4.2, if you combine sugar, an egg, and a pumpkin together, you will get pumpkin pie.

Minecraft got an update just a little bit ago. Now you have a bucket, lava, water, egg, spawn chicken egg, spawn sheep egg, spawn cow egg, spawn pic egg, and cake. The eggs make the animals so you can make a farm. It also has a message thing. Yes minecraft did get an update
An egg cream (which contains neither eggs nor cream) is simply carbonated chocolate milk. Start with milk, add chocolate syrup and stir well, then add seltzer, and there you have it.

If one small egg needs 2,110g of chocolate, then 3 times that (for a large egg) would be 6,330g of chocolate. 2 large eggs = 12,660g 2 small eggs = 4,220g Total (4 eggs) = 16,880g
