Q. Best private server to play on? A. I've never heard of a great private server to play on, honestly. Most of them tweak the game in some way (level cap of 255 with modified level progression, mobs are not at all like the real game, quests are broken, and so on). Steer away from paid servers (after all, you should be playing Blizzard for the service), and research any server carefully before attempting to connect. Many of them have version requirements (less than the latest release), or may be otherwise untrustworthy. Do not use an account name that even remotely resembles your Battle.net ID, and do not use your Battle.net password on that server. And remember that they can patch your computer and thus take control of it. Q. Best private server to run yourself? A. I am aware of the following: CyPack (IceGlow) and Mangos (Reaper-X). You should do a side-by-side comparison, but I'm exceptionally certain you'll find that both of them have more-or-less complete databases full of quests, items, and npcs, and both run exceptionally well on even a single-core 2GHz system with 2GB of RAM. Both require MySQL to run, and both install in just a few minutes. Researching it yourself is the best way to find out. Most private server packs are virus-free, but do scan before you download one.
It is no longer sold by NPCs in Free Realms, you are gonna have to buy it from a player. Different Person - I willl sell you my set! My In game name is Epic Dorian. I am always on server 1.
Don't use anything but ballistas to attack NPCs Bring transporters along to carry back resources You send waves of ballistas to the NPCs The higher the level the harder
Pokeballs can be purchased from marts, or obtained from item balls or NPCs.
Nope, e2 has no function for that. You can always control them, though.
Try using the Runelocus forums for this kind of information, you will receive a faster and better response than on here.

Yes.
No. Stormwind guards are NPCs. Always have, always will be. Although there is no way to become an "official" Stormwind guard, if you're on a PvP server, you can of course defend Stormwind against horde players and fight alongside the Stormwind guard NPCs. Perhaps you could make a guild for that cause. ----- You could also just dress up like one. This would involve finding out what the gear is that they are wearing, and putting it on.
Only if your world is a server, and people know your world's ip address. As of Minecraft 1.8 there are NPC villages where bots "Live" in your world. However, the NPCs themselves have not yet been added, but will be an update in the near-future.

No, the NPCs do not change.
An npc is a non-player character. Npcs is the plural form. Npcs are also known as computers or bots in computer games that aren't controlled by human players.
