If your talking about the Sims 2 on the PlayStation 2, you cant kill your roomates as yourself. The only real way is to switch to that roomate and do dumb things. Buy one of those crafting tables where you build a rocket, and once you take off the rocket, you set on fire every time. or mess around with your fireplace alot.

You must create a sim in free play then try your best to get your story mode sim and freeplay sim to meet. (Note: Much easier when you unlock free street 1, 2 &3 for visiting)
