Since Shedinja has 1 HP, a Sandstorm or a Hailstorm will KO Shedinja within 1 turn. In other words, if you encounter a Shedinja, your Tyranitar or Abomasnow don't even have to do anything. Otherwise, you can simply use 1 offensive fire, flying, rock, ghost, or dark move.
How does nincada evolve into shedinja?
Nincada evolves into ninjask at level 20, but you have to leave an open space in your party because after Nincada evolves, a Shedinja appears. My Shedinja appeared at level 27 with a max HP of 1. But this isn't a problem because Shedinja's "wonder guard" prevents any critical attacks.
