You can kill him, get a scavenger and a ray gun, pack a punch the scavenger and shoot him in the head with it and if you run out of ammo from the scavenger us the ray gun and hell die, Make sure you do this when there is a slow crawler and your on the island where George gets out in the beginning of the game.
