There are some ways to do so. Some games have admin commands which allow those who are granted 'admin' to kick anybody except for other admins from the game. Others have a script that allows players currently in a game to vote to kick somebody. If you do not have any of those, a good way to get newbies to leave the game is to tell them that if they press 'Alt' and 'F4' at the same time, they can get free money or something like that. What they don't know is that pressing 'Alt' and 'F4' will cause them to leave the game.
