no, without migrating from a game with either kanto or hoen regions you can'tAnswerMew is not catchable in diamond, unless you use action replay to obtain mew. beat the elit 4, 5 times with out loosing a battle (so use lv100 Pokemon). then go to route 205 and defete 100 Pokemon with out 1 of your Pokemon fainting, then after that the 101 Pokemon will be mew
