no --- The only game I know of that is split screen is the sims 2. It is the only multiplayer sims game I have seen, and it is only the console version.
You can't reverse ageing, even with cheats, but you can turn aging off in the options screen, sorry man :(
If it is Sims 3 for computer then go to the options kinda menu and then click Edit Town.
Go to the ... in the right corner of the page, then to options, then game options then you can set how long sims live and make children live for hundreds of days

go to your start menu, then Control Panel then go to programs, here you can delete and uninstall programs. go to The Sims 3 Ambitions and it will uninstall.
You pick a house or click go back at the top of the screen (well I think its there anyway its somewhere on the screen)
Go to options and turn off free will.
go to the bottom of your sims screen there will be a ... click on that go to gardening tips click on it and shake your ipod and you can get 1000 simelons:) just keep shacking

Okay, you can change everyone's lifespan first of all. Anywho, first go to the three dots (options menu) then go to Options. Click on the 4th little window, (the sim icon) 'Game options'. And there you go! You can change anyone's lifespan. Dogs, horses, cats, & sims. :)
