How do you go on the golden airship in new super Mario bros 2?

There's a secret exit in 5-Ghost House.

In the first room, wait on the top level of the second swinging blocks to swing right. You'll see a row of six coins. There's a hidden block to the left, where the seventh coin would be. Once you climb the vine from it, the path is pretty straightforward.
