First of all you have to get your dog married! You can do this by clicking the 'Partner Finder' button in the spouse area underneath the Pleasure metre!
Once you dog is married make sure to visit the partner everyday by clicking on the name in the spouse area. Also make sure the dog's spouse is the opposite gender to your dog.
After a while under the 'When will my dog have puppies?' section in the vets it will say 'your dog will soon be pregnant' once this happens it's a matter of waiting, keeping your dog well cared for and of course visiting the spouse.
Eventually the 'When will my dog have puppies?' section should tell you how long until the puppies are born.
