Well, sadly, to get a 2nd floor on Moshi Monsters you have to be a Moshi Member which really sucks. But if you are one, got to Ooh La La Lane and got to the tall orange building that says "New Houses!" on the front. If you want to GET upstairs in someone elses house that has a 2nd floor all you have to do is click on their door and it will take you outside their house, if they have a 2nd floor, you will see it there. Click on it and it will take you there.
