OK, this may not work... but it's pretty cool if it does!
1. First, go to Flippy in Toontown Central Playground and say "Hi" (not sure for speed chat or chat).
2. Then go to any tunnel (those big things that lead to going into any street.)
3. It should say " Heading to Island of Lost Gags"
4.BOOM! There is an island of gags and you could pick them up (may not work, so keep that in mind)!
