Keep climbing the stairs in Solaceon cave until you reach the top. Some are dead ends so just keep trying. It is possible personally I would use a repel to rid of inconveniences.

Catch an unown, then go to the man at the cave near veilstone. He will dig a lot, so walk back to solaceon town and catch an unown and walk back. then he will dig a bigger tunnel. then walk back to the ruins and catch all the unown(a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,o,p,q,r,s,t,u,v,w,x,y,z) and then go back to the cave. then there will be a door way conecting to a new part of the ruins. it has the unown ! and ?. then you can exit from there and you will be at the top of the ruins!

i really don't think you need to catch them ALL, only a bunch of them... or one. i only got platinum go with wiggley's answer. im not so sure myself
