in order to get to the second floor you will need the front Pokemon to know the move strength.then get to the middle.In the middle you will find a pinkish purple plate with writing like all the other,except this one is different.press the A Button.(it might not always work,you need to try alot)don't press strengh then it will finnaly open and let you go to the second floor
