How do you get to the abyssal ruins?

You need the moves HM 03 (surf) and HM 06 (dive).where to get the move surf is Alder unova's champion he'll give it to you after beating cheren at twist mountain.Where to get the move dive in white version is in Sanzanami town the girl next to the first house will give it to you after you listen to her sing a song about the sea.In black version in Undella Town the girl next to the villa you'll need to talk to her then she'll give it to you.Off the beach of both towns (i don't know about white version on how to get there cause i read most of this stuff on other things)where to get HM dive you just go on the water and surf till you find a dark blue spot in the water (there's a lot of them) go on top of one press the A button then it'll ask you ''do you want to dive'' (i think) then just click ''yes'' then you''ll go underwater.Just keep on going forward till you go in the underwater building and you're there!
