There is not much to do in the nether of skyblock 2.1, I just arrived to it myself only to discover that itself is another skyblock. You can take the glowstone(except the bottom layer) and you can grab the mushrooms to make a nice mushroom stew. From the chest, you finally get a second block of ice, so you can make an infinite water suply for all your needs. You can grow the sugar cane if you were able to grab any sand from the cactus island. Finally, there is sapling, but now you only have sapling from the first tree, and sapling for a burch tree. Where will you get th sapling for the redwood tree? We must explore!
