Dage the Evil is the Dark Lord of the Undead Legion. He is something like Nulgath previously named MIltonius. He gives out quests Which are all called Legion excercise. From these quest you can get weapons or legion tokens. He is located in shadowfall (/join shadowfall) he's the very 1st door. When you eneter shadowfall pass the two Npcs his door is on the left.
