To get to Saffron City go to Celadon City Through the underground Path Then Go to the Celadon Department Store Go to the Floor 6(you have to use the stairs) go to the vending machine buy fresh water then go to the guard that doesn't want to let you pass. To get to the Gym you need to get the master ball in Silph Co. (save it for mewtwo in the cerulean cave when you beat the game). Hope i Help! P.S.
