there is a cave at the last gym city and you need to surf up 65 feet turn right 90 degrees go forward 10 degrees then there should be a little island go in it there then there should be little ponds go past them there will be little dots talk to it and in 5 seconds the game will freeze then you need to use hyperbeam on the little dots there will be a earthcuake the door will slam open go inside the door then you need to use hyperbeam again on the little svere it will awaken regi rock along with reggiice then reggisteel and accashionly reggigiggas you will need lv.80 to capture them this wil only happen if your lucky hope this helps
