I believe you take a boat from stormwind to Darnassus, and then you get off of the boat and there should be a little redish pinkish purpleish portal that you have to run through then in the city you just follow it out and you'll be in Teldrassil. From Darkshore you can take a gryphhin or w.e or a boat :)

Probably a tanking pet, like a bear. They can tank for you while you sit back and shoot your arrows.
How do you get to Teldrassil if you are horde?
Since there is no longer a boat that goes from Auberdine to Teldrassil, you will have to either swim there or fly there on a flying mount. You will die at least a couple times if you swim, from fatigue. If you choose a flying mount, then it will be easier, but you will have to choose the path from the mainland that is the closest...which is around Lor'Danel in Darkshore. If you are doing some kind of event or achievement, then you can do whatever it is in Stormwind first, then hop the boat there, but good luck staying alive long enough to get there.
How do you get to Westfall from Darkshore in World of Warcraft?
The easiest way would be to take the boat from Darkshore to Teldrassil, and from there the boat to Stormwind. From Stormwind's front gates, go south into Elwynn Forest and turn to the West. Follow the road out of Elwynn Forest and into Westfall.

It took a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, but I might say I have mastered it from knowing nothing of this event. Started yesterday in the evening, and I have completed most of the achievements already. Only two more to be done and claim my seasonal title. One step closer to that Violet Proto-Dragon Mount obtained by finishing all the achievements of each season event. You will find a commoner NPC sitting in any city giving you a quest to visit the Spring Gatherer NPC at a local town. The quest is titled: Spring Gatherers. Otherwise, you can find the Noblegarden NPCs at: HORDE: Brill (Tirisfal Glades), Razor HIll (Durotar), Bloodhoof Village (Mulgore) and Falconwing Square (Silvermoon) ALLIANCE: Goldshire (Elwynn Forest), Kharanos (Dun Morough), Dolanaar (Teldrassil) and Azure Watch (Azuremyst Isle).
