first u own da pkm leageu then u obtain da nationaal dekz an den u go to veilstone

city and den go down there should be a nuw path for u go in and there is

sendoff spring u go into da hole called turbak kave then u just take randomm doorz

and u will arive by sone legendarys pokimonz called geartinaz and den u catch it

After you've obtained the national dex, go to route 214 (south of veilstone). You'll see that a new path has appeared. Go in it and it leads to sendoff spring.
