To get to Pewter City, you must first go to Lavender Town. Once you have done this go to the Radio Tower.Then talk to the man in the hat and he will upgrade your pokegear after that,fly to Vermilion City and go to Diglett's Cave.Finally go to your pokegear move the dot to the top,and talk to SNORLAX.You'll then fight him.WARNING:If you defeat him,you will have a hard time finding another one.Then go through the cave,cut a tree as soon as you get up,go north,and there you go.Hope this helps!!!
