OK, here's how it goes. Go East of Fallarbor Town, head south, cross the bridge and you should be in Route 114 pass the stairs on the left, follow the path, beat the trainers go in the cave TADAHH!!!. After beating the Pokemon League you can battle Steven!! All of his Pokemon are at level 70- 77 and as soon as you cross the bridge leading to Route 114 go east behind the house go south and pick the berries
And I think after the Pokemon League championship in Meteor Falls in the room with nothing else but Water and TM02 Dragon Claw. You can find Bagon! I'm not sure if you have to be the Pokemon League Championship to find Bagon
