Go to Goldenrod City and go to the flower shop(right next to gym) and someone will be their. Then go up and go right and use cut go up the grass and to your right and will be a kid and a tree blocking he use the water and it won't like it so he attacks. when you finish the battle go up and then to the left and you will see a team of twins then beat them badly then keep going up and then a other team beat them up and finish and just go up threw the grass and there you are.
