First of all you need him to build the gondola, to do that you have to click on him and then click on the picture wich looks like a tent thing with a gate around it. then go on the 2nd page and click on the 1st one and then get the essences you need to build it then you have to go to the girl called Emily (the one in the pink hat) and it will be built then the builder will say he can build anything you want now!
