you start on the campaign level 'numbers' at the beginning of the level. you can do it on any difficulty you start the level by throwing all your grenades to right and left of the back and the front of the room. then you turn around and turn left there will be tape recorder with a tape in it press and hold x and the tape should disappear continue the level like normal until you get to the armoury enter the armoury and turn left there should be another tape recorder press and hold x and the tape should appear Wait for a while you should hear some beeps and The screen will shake and the thunder gun will appear out of the wall.
