First, you must to the second floor in the haunted house. After that, go to the door on the far right of the second floor. If you go to the first person view and look up, you will see another floor. To go to it, you must wall jump your way up to it and enter the door on that "3rd" floor. Once you enter the door, go to the right and enter the door to the balcony and beat the big boo.
Once you beat big boo, the star will appear and it will go to the roof of the haunted house. To get to the star, long jump to the right side of the roof and to go the star.

Also watch out for the flames coming out of some of the pictures!
