It is in Solaceon Town. You go to the top of the town and there are a load of one- way ledges. The house that is closest to the bottom has a woman and a boy in it. Talk to the woman! To get to her house, go east from the top of town. Go to the middle set of ledges and jump down three times. enter that house.
