u have to go to the city with the 3rd gym in it and then go up until u get to the end. Then take the last building on the left and go to the 11th floor. Talk to the science dude and give the passwords which are "Everyone Happy" and "Simple Connection" then u get the relocater. HOPE THIS HELPED^_^

Follow the on-screen instructions. * You cannot trade Pokemon back to an older version after trading to a new one!
