Charmander=Suicune
Squirtle=Raikou
Bulbasaur=Entei
I suggest using max repels. They are lv. 50, so put a Pokemon that is lv.50 or lower at the front of your team and look for them if they r in the same route as u. Of course put them to sleep they are runners (meaning they will run away from you right after making your move).
The hardest part is looking for them. If somehow u met him while looking through grass, the pokedex will register their picture and location. So check your pokedex often to see if u r in the same route as it.
(It was a pain finding them in gold, I sure it will be the same in Firered.)
