first ensure you max out friendship with the Pokemon you need to teach the move.Then you will need a Pokemon that knows Defog and rock climb.then exit celestic town through the east and use defog keep moving until u see an old man if u dint fight him then do so beat him, move forward until u see an ace trainer move southwards then go climb the stairs you will see a black belt trainer you will see a bridge go along it until there is a dead end then go eastwards again then u will see an ace trainer if possible Dodge him and move forward use rock climb go down then use rock cilmb again and go up u will have to fight a dragon tamer beta him then to the north east u will see a house talk to the old lady inside and she will teach your wanted Pokemon Draco meteor move n there u are thanks .
