look at your map in your pokegear but for for raikou to appear on the map you must go to the burned tower. when you enter you will see suicune, entei and raickou at the bottom of the tower. at the top of the tower when you enter you will see the gym leader on your right talk to him go up and you will see your rival. when you get to the bottom of the tower and suicune, entei and raickou leave check your map in your pokegear and they should be there.
