you go into the graveyard (adult i think) then go to the gate thwn go left and there will be a gravestone that has flowers in front of it pull it back and u will see the ghost of the grave keeper u have to follow him (it's not that hard) and if u keep up he will show u a chest with the hook shot in it.
PS.watch out for things while you follow him, their are rocks on fire or some bats or something.

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time comes in two forms for the Gamecube. There is a disk that has both OoT and OoT Master Quest and was a pre-order gift for Wind Waker. Also, there is something called the Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition that has various Wind Waker demos and a video, a Zelda retrospective, Legend of Zelda, Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link, Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time, and Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask. Both disks seem to be located on Ebay, I haven't seen them at Game Crazy or Game Stop in a long time. But u can still check a few game stops. Today I saw the Oot and Oot Master quest at gamsstop. A few days before I saw the collector's edition one too.

Part of your way throught the Yeti's snow mansion, you will encounter a huge enemy knight that weilds it. it's in a long, narrow fight area, you'll have to use the hookshot on the ceiling behind him to get on his other side, otherwise you'll wind up getting mashed to a pulp. When you defeat him, you'll get the ball and chain.
In December 2006, Game Informer stated that "a new Legend of Zelda game has been in development for a year". So the answer is Late 2005.
once you get it...you keep it. its bean like that for all the Zelda games except for ocarine of time and majora's mask
