I tripped over it, myself. I was wandering up the west map edge along a road that eventually led me above MDPL-05 Power Station and onward to Raven Rock or Mountain or whatever, up in the top left corner of the map (west of the river). I was sneaking (at a run) along the road, minding my own business, when I suddenly picked up a rad or two. Investigating that, I found the firelance and some ammo for it lying in a crack in the road. I found a few more ammo packs further north on the same road, making five in all. Unfortunately, my computer crashed a few minutes later, and I had been too stupid to save immediately after picking it up. When I retraced my steps up the same road, neither the firelance nor the ammo packs were there, so if you're lucky enough to find it, save *immediately*!
any fire type that has paper or rock as critical move at level 55

You need to have Lance's limit break ready. Equip Lance with Mage Hat, Red Jacket, and Steel Shark for magic attack bonus. (Note: Red Vulcan gun does *not* appear to help Nuke). Go back to town and engage the newbie bushes in the first forest zone. They are weak so they receive high damage, plus they are fire vulnerable. At this point Lance's Nuke will hit for fairly close to 100K damage, and easily over 100k if you get lucky with a critical hit. If Natalie casts Bless on Lance this should push your damage over 100k. For an even bigger bonus have Matt toss a Milk to Lance to get the 70% magic attack bonus, have Natalie cast Kyun limit break to give the enemy -50% magic resistance, and then have Lance cast Nuke. Using that triple combo I got a critical hit for over a half million damage.
it is in ice fall cave on four island but you need to find it somewhere in the cave
you'll have to get the HM "water fall" i can't remember exactly how to find that though
The normal alien blaster is at the site of the alien space craft. There is a grid of power lines west of minefield. follow them north until you get the alien radio signal, i forget what it is called. Then go off to the right a little bit and you'll find the space craft and the alien blaster, along with about 110 ammo for it. The fire lance alien blaster will be found at a random location selected by the game. I was lucky enough to get mine at the super duper mart. The radio signal is called Recon Craft Thefta Or, North of Minefield
Considering it's a fully-automatic blaster, yes, the Vulcan EBF-25 can fire rapidly.

You probably have a jam in the blaster, if you are wielding a Clip-System blaster that wont fire. Luckily for you most Clip-System blasters have a jam-door, where the jammed dart can be successfully removed without taking apart the blaster.

It is a large blaster that has both an battery-powered automatic firing mode and a manual, single-fire firing mode. It is unique for using a belt system for loading and firing. It has three tactical rails: two on the sides of the blaster, and a third on top of the blaster. It features a detachable tripod which allows for the blaster to be placed on any flat surface.
