for starters, have you defeated Red? If not, you need to go do that first. Yeah. I know. :( You also need to have gotten all 16 gym badges as well.

yes you can you have to use the time machine on the second floor on any Pokemon center but make sure you don't have Pokemon from gold or silver in your party b/c it wont let you do it, and if a Pokemon knows a new move that doesnt exist in red, blue, and yellow than it wont let you trade. Pretty much don't try to trade anything new from gold to blue b/c it wont work and it will tell you to get differernt Pokemon.

You've gotta go through her black heart event! After that her heart will turn purple. You will continue to give her stuff and while doing so, you'll go through her purple heart event and her heart will become blue. After turning blue, you'll still continue to give her stuff everyday and while doing so again, you'll go through her blue heart event. Then Celia's heart will turn yellow/green (i forgot.) You have to make sure that the person you wanna marry has a blue heart...then once he/she does you call the supermarket and you will see it P.S. the person wont say yes unless you have seen all the heart events and he/she has a red heart!!!!

if you have all 60 sprites and the bed and all that when you show him the blue feather he will turn it down then go to sleep with it in your runsack and in the morning when you wake up there should be a note on the table (this will be an event of course) that says "tonight i will come to steal your heart away" or something like that then when you go to sleep skye will come to your house and that's when you give him the blue feather
