Okay so, the blue boa is very old in clubpenguin. But You can still get it in One of the Treasure books! But the treasure book is not an actual book. It can be a Club Penguin plush toy, or action figures. On the tag or box u get it, it will say the series. In this case you need The Unlock Items Online, Series 3. Then, when u get the series 3 then Unlock it on Clubpenguin! I got mine On Ebay. Very Cheap!
