It can be a Club Penguin plush toy, or action figures. On the tag or box u get it, it will say the series. In this case you need The Unlock Items Online, Series 3. Then, when u get the series 3 then Unlock it on Clubpenguin! I got mine On Ebay. Very Cheap!
