first , the oil can , which is in the dungeon in the south-west of the maynor(first floor).you have to complete the maze. use search engines like Google.next , the rubber tube . go to the east (first floor). take the shovel on the floor and go out to the yard. walk/run to the very east and dig the hump.you will get a key.go in again and go to the back of the stairs(first floor). use the key to unlock the door and take the rubber tube in the north-east of the room on a table.
