It's very complicated.You have to find an odd keystone,fly to Hearthome City,go down and you will see a stone tower built by a river.Press A on it and place the odd keystone in it.Next comes the VERY hard part.You have to greet 32 people in the underground.If you do that,go back up,go to the stone tower,press A on it,and a spiritomb will appear.It might sound easy,but it is actually reeeeeaaaaalllllyyy hard to attemp.Be carefull,spiritomb is really hard to catch.If you don't want to waste any pokeballs,then when you throw a ball at it,keep pressing A.You might be lucky!In Heart Gold, I caught rayquaza on the third dusk ball using that trick.
