You can just buy at doomwood ( ARRYD ) but u have to complete his 2ND to last quest ( need previous quest to be completed ) its easier than rank 10 . after u complete the camouflage thingy quest a cutscene then goto arryd then click camouflage shop , it'll only appear after the quest. Armor is called Bagged Undead. Non- Meme and just near 12 000 Gold.
