There are sitrus berries on that road and further on as well. 2) In Lilycove, there is an old man near the team aqua hideout. He might give you a sitrus berry. 3) There is a old woman in the berry master's house. Combine two phrases and she will give you a berry (can be any berry depending on the phrase).
