first off u go to route 117 then go in the grass and ponds in that area and fight wild Pokemon. u keep doing this until u r sure u have the virus then u keep the infected Pokemon in your party next to the Pokemon u want 4 the infection to spread to. to keep the virus from spreading u place the infected Pokemon in the PC. but if u keep the virus with u in your party 4 2 long the virus will eventually die out and will be replaced with a black dot or . on all the infected Pokemon. due to this the stats of the former ill Pokemon will change.
