I don't know how to get pink hair when you first start your game, but when you have upgraded your shop many times, you will get Harriet the Hair dresser. When your asking to get your hair done, she will ask you some questions to say what style you would like. at the end, she will say would you like Fiery, Safe, Light hearted, etc. To get pink hair you must choose Flirty.
