After you have found it the cannon level will be unlocked. There are no enemies in it so no need for preparation. In the cannon level there will be the cannon a little to the left of where you start. Enter the cannon like you would a pipe and it will blast you past several worlds. To find the secret exit to the levels I suggest that you get on youtube and search for Super Mario Wii cannon level or something. Happy level skipping!
