first you need to get the meteorite from celio and go to two island by the boat that got you to one island. go to the game corner when you go in a guy will be talking about lostelle because she hasn't come some other stuff will happen and then when you can leave the game corner go to three is land beat so bikers and go to the north of the town and then continue to the left and go through bond bridge and the berry forest when you get to the end of the forest lostelle will ask you to get rid of a Pokemon that is scaring her. beat it then you will be back in the game corner talk the guy and give him the meteorite and he will give you a moon stone then you can go back to one island talk to celio and bill and you and bill will go back to the mainland. hope i helped :)
