You need to have Pokemon FireRed, and you go to island 5 lost cave.
To get through lost cave you need to go: Right, Up, Down, Down, Right, Left, Down, Right and then Up.This will take you to the room where to lady you rescue is.
I just biked around in there for abit and i got it like 3rd Pokemon(But i think its meant to be rare)
