You go to the Battle frontier and go to battle tower. You then give the Master ball to any Pokemon and put this Pokemon in the PC. Save the game.
Now take the same Pokemon out of the PC and go over to the woman standing at the desk. She will ask you if you want to enter the battle tower, blah blah, do everything she says then she'll ask you to save the game. Say yes and when it says
"Saving... do not turn off the power"
turn it off at that moment. When you turn it back on and click continue it may or may not say something about the save file being corrupt. If it doesn't, don't worry.
You should now have the same Pokemon in your party and in the PC and both should be holding master balls. Voila!
